Our Mission

Upholding Tradition

Upholding Tradition

Upholding Tradition

With so many people selling their family farms, it is important for us to continue promoting agriculture and using our land for what it was intended for.

Family Friendly

Upholding Tradition

Upholding Tradition

We love our Lowlines because our herd can be much more open to visitors. This has always been a family farm, and friendly animals allow for frequent and safe interactions for even the smallest humans.

Transparency

Upholding Tradition

Animal Welfare

We want our customers to know exactly where their meat is coming from, and we certainly value conscientious consumerism. Responsible agricultural practices benefit everyone, and we hope to develop a trusting relationship with our community.

Regenerative Agriculture

Animal Welfare

Pasture-raising our animals allows so many opportunities that conventional farming can't simulate. They are far less stressed physically and mentally because they are free to grow at a natural rate, demonstrate natural grazing behaviors, and have more sanitary living conditions.

Science + Nature

Regenerative Agriculture

Regenerative Agriculture

In order to give our cows the happiest and healthiest existence, we utilize science to give them the most "natural" life. Each pasture rotation, nutritional supplementation, breeding, and enrichment decision is carefully thought out and backed by research.

Regenerative Agriculture

Each year our land becomes more productive and efficient. To perpetuate our rotational mob-grazing program, we are converting corn fields to grass-lands. This reduces the rate of run-off and nutrient leaching into local water ways, decreases pollution involved in processing feed, and increases the amount of carbon that's removed from the atmosphere and  fixated in the soil.
